Penn State will NEVER match that feat!

Should go down as one of the greatest teams ever, don't you think?

I can remember like it was yesterday that Northwestern was the only team to qualify all ten guys.  Now they are lucky to have any.

And not fully funded. 7 I think

Wrestleknow-something comes through again with the relevant facts and stats   I'm telling you, somebody better hire this guy.  Or maybe you should start a website and monetize it.  FLO or Intermat might need a reliable hand.   Or perhaps some teams can "Billy Beane" (Cael Sanderson) you to do data analysis to help their programs.

I'm betting no one can afford him.

it was 2022.  they all qualified.  only two years ago - now they have three guys - none of whom are expected to place.  Such a precipitous decline.

Northwestern got bit. Transfer portal. The rich get richer. Took all hammers and no compensation for them. An under funded squad. Bye bye. Probably first big ten school to drop wrestling. Thanks Michigan.
