Looks like 10 seed (maybe unseeded?) Tyler Swiderski of CMU is into the semis at 165.  Although according to wrestlestat he was #56 and the 2 seed he beat in the quarters was #55

Both the 2 and 3 seeds are in the wrestlebacks at 184.  Malachi Duvall of George Mason beats 3 seed Zayne Lehman of Ohio (#27 on wrestlestat) and Deron Pulliam of SIUE beats 2 seed Matt Zuber of Northern Illinois

All due respect to the wrestlers, but I've watched a couple matches and I find it hard to believe that some of these guys are D1 wrestlers... is that just the difference in talent vs some of the bigger conferences? I feel like it wasn't even fair when Mizzou was in the MAC!

Crazy how fast edinboro bombed after Flynn left...

Edinboro University is on life support and decisions had to be made to save the school.  Baumgartner worked to save the school and Wrestling was a casualty.

Wow didnt know that... should one take that to mean they couldn't afford getting a coach with a more extensive resume at the college level given the dire financial straights the university is in?

Yeah,  they already had a great staff with Flynn and co.    The finished ahead of PSU at NCAA's in 2015.  Baumgatner the AD who is on the short list of US best Freestylers had to make decisions w the U leaders to save the school.

Yeah I attended a coaches clinic/social there a few years back when Flynn and co were still there so well aware of Baumgartners standing at the University but didn't think that really went past athletics...
