I appreciate the heads up from Brian Smith.  It's being blindsided that sucks as a fan

All the Iowa haters would be roasting Brands if he did this.

leaning Carr but this one is a great rivalry - reminds of Glory v. Vito

WIll be interested to see if Messinbrink can go with these guys.

I like Mesenbrink's aggression, but I think he's going to get exposed at Big10s or NCAAs somehow. Antrell Taylor gave him a pretty good go last week and Mesenbrink was gassing a bit in the 3rd.  I wouldn't mind seeing him go undefeated though, he's fun to watch.

keep in mind that he's not old. The things exposing him are no big deal at all (because he'll fix them) compared to his overall style, which in my opinion is almost perfectly balanced.

Biggest problem with him from what I can tell is that he is a little too wild, so he might get hurt, but criticisms like that are only things I consider after assuming he's a multiple ncaa champ.

Was he gassing or injured? Looked like his ribs?

If you were a head coach and the team is approaching post season, and you have a dual where half the other team is sick … so sick many have to sit, do you consider cancelling the dual so as to avoid giving it to your own team right before and into post season?

I thought he might've been gassing a little, but I guess he might've gotten some sort of mild injury and kept going.

I'd say the team with the sick wrestlers should be the ones to voluntarily cancel the dual. But yeah, if they didn't I'd cancel it myself to protect my team.

Both schools canceled to do what’s right for both teams, refs, etc.

Most teams have 25-30 guys, let the healthy ones wrestle!

Problem is you don't know how many of those guys are exposed & now contagious stage.
