Lemley of Michigan - here's a thumb in your eye?

Have watched two matches with Lumley of Michigan. In both he nailed the left eye of his opponent a number of times with his right hand. Open hand with the thumb right in the eye. Did cause the opponents some problems.

No apparent 'sorry' or handshake/touch as if it were an accident after it happened.

Is he doing this in more matches? Or is it just happenstance in these?
