Lunaticfringe
When will the Big Ten, etc switch to having quads at the college level? 1/3 of the weigh ins per season, I know less events means less money. I would think it saves a lot on the travel budget as well. For instance Iowa hosts Nebraska, Illinois and Rutgers at Carver on a Sunday for a noon, 2pm and 4pm event. Seems reasonable as I doubt outside a few teams paid attendance does not cover travel expense
jchapman
I would expect a lot more of the top guys sitting out a dual on each quad day. Craig Henning got screwed in the 2007 NCAA Finals.
