The traditional programs like OSU, tOSU, Minnesota (maybe they don’t belong in this group) and Iowa all are relative to what they have previously expected. Maybe Iowa state can be considered in that group as well, but they are heading in the right direction. So here goes, Matt Brown: If he would have beaten Chris Perry in the finals despite all of the stall tactics, Ok State would have had to look in the mirror much sooner.
