C'mon Porta we are a free country, lest you forget the 9th ammendment:

  • The right of the people to be secure in their defecations, and effects, against unreasonable searches and cleanup, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be cleaned up.

The 2nd Amendment causes all the confusion and has been a hot debate

*A well regulated Sanitation, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to urinate and defecate, shall not be infringed."

The founding fathers clearly state we need regulation but the feces toting hippies in California disregard this and always start the argument at "the right......"
