Who you got? Lot of variables here. In terms of building a program, hard to argue that Dresser is one of the best. Look what he did at VT. They were historically bad, really bad. Although at no point was PSU coaching staff mentioned until the Nit fans had to make it about Carl. It was about the two staffs in the cyhawk, but somehow carl was mentioned.
