mspart Posted May 28 Share Posted May 28 Aluminum is used as a conductor in many applications. In fact, I had to run 100 amp service to an out building and the wiring was Aluminum. I was surprised. Not current mass produced batteries because aluminum fractures and cracks within a few charge/discharge cycles due to expansion and contraction.
