Sure.  They should be taught about privacy, touch appropriateness, and permission...   Boundaries.  It is not age-appropriate to teach how to practice wrapping a banana.

Nor is anyone teaching that,  but, rather,  exactly as you say.

What's happening is that these irresponsible "journalists" don't read these books or materials,  hear that they are being used,  and immediately assume that they know what age appropriate is.  They don't,  but educators,  administrators,  and school board members DO know.

Trust us.

I wouldn't trust 'journalists' on what is age-appropriate for kids.   The film industry does a good enough job of covering a complex topic.  I trust parents, particularly those still married with non-adult kids.

But these parents acting like terrorists don't know.  They aren't reading the materials.

They can also home school,  or go to private schools.

The reason parents are acting through their legislatures is because indoctrinators have shown themselves to have no judgment and school boards have forgotten they work for the community and not for the indoctrinators.  The purpose of a school board is to control the school staff.  When the board mistakenly thinks it represents and protects the indoctrinators from the community instead of the other way around then it has abdicated its responsibility and higher authority - the state legislature - must be brought to bear against the school staff and administrations.  This is a perfect example of the peaceful exercise of sovereign power by the citizenry.  And, as has been pointed out by many but quite misunderstood by some willfully ignorant, nothing has been banned.  Every publication mentioned is available through other means to those who want to read it and to show it to their children.

The movie system has it right... parents decide the ratings, and the teachers decide which movies they will play for the kids, including parent permission where applicable for the ratings or questionable content.

This becomes a more straightforward book conversation when one can ask, "Why are you studying PG and PG13 material without parents to kindergarteners?

Last night, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a devastating ruling for the trans cult. No other court decision has so thoroughly dismantled, point-by-point, every disingenuous argument from trans activists.
