I know you're down on him in the moment but you just saw what the new guard did, right? We just saw the torch passed this morning.

Snyder is still like 22... he will be fine.

I do think that he needs something more than a single leg, though.

Espinal was in the Olympics, not the World Championships.

You aren't speaking with cultured folk here.  We assumed Worlds and Olympics with that question.  In either case, Gomez won silver in 2010 and Espinal 2012.

They're different events, thus, records are kept differently for those events. This isn't a sport that's good with assumptions.

Insert catchy tagline here.

Snyder will be fine but the world is going to be looking up. Bahrain is going to be less one citizen very soon.

I'll give you this one, the whole match was strange.

Nah.  Sorry for calling you stupid - I don't know you well enough to say something like that and it was wrong to do.  I was mixcited.

I can relate to the Russian fans right now, reminds me of when Sidakov beat Burroughs (before he was Sidakov) and  I thought "Now a clear path for my sweet innocent Chamizo" but then Sidakov beat him as well.

Or when Kadi beat Dake and I thought, " Now a clear path for my sweet innocent Chamizo" but then Kadi beat him as well.

It hurts a little extra

You're a hoot, man.

Wait until you meet the guy (if you ever meet him).

He has... transcended humanity.  He projects that as well.  His mantra.  It's entertaining and he is an entertainer at this point in his career.  Nicky Skeletor isn't far off, either.  I just don't see him getting up to 74 KG like Chamizo.

Would they have to change the transfer rules to do this?

He would have to sit two more years or something like that?  Not sure.

He already went from Russia to Bahrain in 2022.  He wouldn't be eligible until 2025 Worlds and that is if Worlds were after 9/18/25.
