Despite his brilliance on the mat, he is just as (in)famous for his some of his other antics. What is the first thing that comes to mind if someone said "That's just Dake doin' Dake things"?

He just got bested by USAW's best two-sport athlete. No one blended wrestling and striking as well as Burroughs. 

And "most complete" doesn't have to mean "best".
