Matching Brandvold for a '23 world and '24 Olympic run will be even more difficult. It's not like Iowa/HWC helped Steveson earn that $250,000 Living The Dream paycheck in 2021 and the long-term earnings (read: marketing) from repeated global championships outweighs whatever Bob Nichols can throw at Steveson for one NCAA season.

ETA: unless Steveson gets some of that Miami-level football money and I don't see that happening.

This forum is for discussing things like this. I didn't see anybody flipping out when there were much worse rumors of Mark Perry flying around or any other rumor. Calm tf down.

I believe it has a lot more to do with the particular poster you started the thread who is someone notorious for flooding this forum with endless pointless posts, stupid predictions and rumors that are 9 out of 10 times wrong.  I stand in solitude with @Wrestleknownothingin protest against Jimmy
