I am open to being convinced otherwise, but I don't have enough evidence to make me think Feldman isn't going to be Tier 3 (now Tier 4) right out the gate. Technically I did drop him to Tier 4 now, though. Joke aside, I know ranking services don't take outside results in to account (Freestyle, Exhibitions, etc), however Feldman demolished Catka and in two straight when he (Feldman) was fresh out of high school. Keep in mind when looking at mine... I wouldn't be surprised to see gents in adjacent tiers beating the piss out of each other or calling them toss-ups, depending on the matchup. A tier 5 could beat a 4 then that 4 beat a 3 and I wouldn't be surprised. I would be surprised if that 5 beat that 3, though, and a match between that 3 and 5 would show that. He was 1W-7L in 1/2 point matches last season. The win was against Whitman (who I am a big fan of actually) and the losses were still losses in which he has never beaten the other opponent before, so they don't really matter until he does get a DUB against one/some if them.
