Twitter is worse

The incoming Twitter CEO advocates for forced diversity, inclusion, and equity.  Boo!

I work in the field of software engineering.  Why is the ratio of senior leadership per employee ratio so much higher for employees that meet Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity criteria compared to those that do not?  I've interviewed over 100 candidates for engineering positions.  Once I interviewed a candidate for a DBA position but the candidate could not write a SQL statement, and could not explain a table or table index.  The candidate did meet the DEI criteria...  

The incoming Twitter CEO supports content moderation.  Boo!
