What weight did you wrestle this year, or are you a coach? OUR? 

Cael is EXACTLY like Bellichick.  Very quiet.  Doesn't seem charismatic to people on the outside.  Doesn't divulge secrets. Will do whatever it takes to win.  

You missed the whole point.  Not very smart.  Maybe you were one of the guys who got hit in the head wrestling in an international tournament and then Cael messed around with accepted concussion protocol to get a couple W's?

Pretty much this.  I think a less grumpy (and better dressed) Belichick isn’t a bad comparison.  Except Cael has proven it wasn’t just one guy that helped make him great.

Good point.  You could also argue that Cael hasn't had to deal with salary cap or a draft, but I would say that we pretty much agree.
