Higher seed wins about 75% of the time
Sanderson's only losses as a higher seed in the semi-finals were in 2009 with Jon Reader and David Zabriskie.
Sanderson wins 56% of the time in the semi-finals as a lower seed
Gable won 39% of the time as a lower seed and "only" 84% of the time as a higher seed

Finals
Higher seed wins about 71.5% of the time
Sanderson wins 55.5% of the time as a lower seed
Gable won "only" 34% of the time as a lower seed
