John Smith to retire Tuesday?

Yep, he is still coaching. His frustration with wrestlers who are not as dedicated and driven as himself is evident in many matches. He gets good wrestlers but is not getting hte most from them. It is time for a new coach.

Hope he goes into announcing/analyzing as he did during the Olympic Games. Such knowledge - it was a pleasure to hear him with his insight and coaching suggesions while the matches were on.

Whatever he chooses or is pushed on him he is still one of the greatest wrestlers the US has ever seen. Six times in a row he won it all. First International title was while he was still in College. A good coach but he looks as if he is tired of the grind.

I did really enjoy him in the Olympics.
