Thanks for all the commentary and passion for those of us who couldn't make Tulsa.  Love the passion!  Well done gentlemen and thank you!

Love it. Haven’t had volume on ESPN u or ESPN the entire tourney. Really enjoy listening info to these two guys.

Yeah, it's brutal. I've been listening.

The only problem I have with Shane Sparks now is him going WAY out of his way to say "resilite." Someone got an escape yesterday and Sparks said something like, "back to his feet now on the resilite." Someone said he had a endorsement deal. It'd make sense given how hard he tries to work it in.

BUT, that's nitpicking. He's good. Robles is good. And if I had my choice, it'd be Gibbons, Sparks and then you'd rotate in a Robles or JB or Cormier. Or Dake. I think he'd be awesome at it as well.

Tim Johnson, good guy, but again, someone pointed out some certain mannerisms and now it's all I can hear. And I like Rock, but the "grimy" Wrestlers...doesn't feel like a compliment. And it's WAY overused. But he's excited and loves the sport.

I swear, I never gave it much of a thought other than maybe watching the B1G network and it wasn't Gibbons/Sparks, but I wasn't very discerning. Now after an earlier thread where people pointed out Johnson's stories or his lags in finishing an anecdote or whatever it may be, they're difficult to listen to.

Shane has that pep that makes it exciting.  Robles articulates himself well, gives credit to the wrestlers, and speaks from experience.  Shane does a good job asking Robles topical questions to get him to open up.  This ESPN+ experience has really made the event exciting.

For a few reasons I just watched the ESPNU broadcast and I should say after criticizing them last night they did a nice job today.  Obviously it's very different than the +, particularly with the commercials, but within their limitations they captured the grit of the competitors and the engagement of the crowd, told a great story, caught as much of the important action as they could, and the interviews were poignant (oh man, did I just compliment Quint?).
