Keep in mind that we're making 11 picks each for 15 people. 165 total picks. If we average 1min/pick (which I think is long), it would take us 2h 45m to complete the draft. Speed is the key. I'm thinking I might actually limit to 2 minutes for the picks. Don't forget, 1 pick per weight plus one wildcard at any weight. You can't just pick like 8 125s.
