Got hurt for Thomas, lost in the 1st round to Rooks and then a DQ vs the Maryland kid. I'd put Gomez as a ~10 seed. Kinda hard to see him being a top 8, but I really have no idea. He looked like he was moving better in the Maryland match, but he's unlikely to have a full gas tank and he looked bad in that 1st match of the B1Gs. I think his ceiling went from potential at a historic upset...again, to hopefully being able to make a little run and finish at least somewhere on the podium.
