Lee is smaller but it has been said he would be able to win titles at weights up to 157 pounds. At their primes who wins? Dan Gable was a for sure 3 timer until he wasn't. Conversations like these are premature. We can point to 3 timers going for their 4th and say each one was successful. Until one of them isn't. I think Lee will do it, but that does not make it so. He has to go out and earn it. Hopefully he stays healthy and can give it the old college try. Oliver lost in the finals later that year, but only when his last-second arguable-takedown wasn't counted as one -- and they later changed the rules to clarify that it is indeed a takedown. Best common opponent (per se) may be Nato, and Nato is on record stating how Stieber controlled him. Edge: stieber. Note.
