moodybooty Posted November 4, 2022 Share Posted November 4, 2022 Saw Kyle Snyder pop up on a strength trainer channel that I follow today -- they focus on weightlifting & powerlifting, but have been diving into freak athletes in other sports this year. Pretty fitting first wrestler for the channel. While a lot of wrestlers are pretty strong, no one else on the current team really rings a bell for me when it comes to outright strength. I have always felt that Snyder would benefit from focusing on more explosive lifting movements.
