Our program sends out prayers and condolences to all of his family and friends. Chipper will be dearly missed by everyone in our program. I cannot explain how unique of an individual he was. Everyone knew Chipper and Everyone loved Chipper. He had a huge heart and if you are one of the individuals to experience knowing Chipper you are very lucky.
