Austin Matthews, a three-time NCAA qualifier and two-time EWL champion, will finish his college wrestling career at Northern Colorado and attend graduate school.
He made the announcement Friday on Twitter.

Matthews qualified for the NCAAs as a true freshman at Clarion before transferring to Edinboro, where he qualified for the NCAAs in 2016 at 157 pounds and 2017 at 165 pounds. He has gone 5-6 in his three NCAA appearances. Matthews has been ranked in the top 10 in the country in his weight class during his college wrestling career, but has battled knee injuries.
