    Robbins wins University Nationals

    AKRON, Ohio -- University of Northern Iowa wrestler Brett Robbins captured the 70 kilogram freestyle title at the 2009 ASICS University & FILA Cadet National Championships. Teammate Ryan Jauch placed third in the 55 kg freestyle weight class.

    Robbins was a perfect 6-0 in the tournament and won the title with a 0-1, 2-0, 3-1 decision over Albert White.

    Jauch placed third after posting a mark of 5-1. Jauch defeated Frank Lomas in the third-place match, 2-0, 6-0. Jauch's only loss came to eventual champion Zach Sanders (Minnesota).
