Edinboro, Pa. -- The No. 22-ranked Pitt wrestling team claimed its second consecutive EWL dual season title, defeating Edinboro, 19-16, Saturday at McComb Fieldhouse.

The win marks the 12th consecutive conference match victory for the Panthers, who have now finished the past two seasons with a perfect 6-0 record in the EWL.

Im really proud of our guys for the effort theyve put in all season, Pitt Head Coach Rande Stottlemyer said following the match. These guys took things one match at a time and worked hard to get to where we are now.
