    Oregon State sets four clinics around the Northwest

    CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Oregon State wrestling head coach Jim Zalesky and his staff will conduct four clinics around the Pacific Northwest this fall for wrestlers from the youth through high school levels. The clinics will be held in Kent, Wash. at Kentlake High School on Oct. 14 from 10 a.m.-12 noon and 1 p.m.-3 p.m.; in Lake Stevens, Wash. at Lake Stevens High School on Oct. 15 from 1 p.m.-5 p.m.; in Gresham, Ore. at Gresham High School on Oct. 21 from 10 a.m.-12 noon and 1 p.m.-3 p.m.; and Klamath Falls, Ore. at Henley High School on Oct. 22 from 1 p.m.-5 p.m..

    The four-hour clinics will feature Zalesky, who guided Iowa to three team titles at the NCAA Championships, won three individual titles as a wrestler, and was named the 1980s Wrestler of the Decade by Amateur Wrestling News. Joining Zalesky will be assistant coach Troy Steiner, who earned a NCAA title; assistant coach Kevin Roberts, who was a two-time All-American; assistant coach Travis Pascoe, who earned All-America honors; and Orange Crush Wrestling Club coach Stryder Davis, who was a two-time NAIA national champion.
