    Oregon State dominates Little Rock

    CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Oregon State Wrestling (7-6, 1-2 Pac-12) picked up its first conference win as they defeated Little Rock, 42-0, inside Gill Coliseum on Saturday afternoon.

    The Beavers collected two major decisions, two technical falls and a pin to earn the dominating victory in their second dual in less than 24 hours.

    Brandon Kaylor started off at 125 pounds and posted a 15-4 major decision over Jayden Carson to begin the dual. Kaylor built up a big lead in the first half with a pair of takedowns and six exposure points to go ahead 8-0 in the first period.

    Kaylor didn't look back in the third period as he earned four more back points and another takedown to add to his riding time point. The redshirt freshman has won six of his last seven bouts and earned his fourth major decision of the year.

    Devan Turner squared off against Paul Bianchi and came away with an 8-6 decision. After a 3-3 tie, Turner came alive in the final period with a pair of late takedowns and an escape to push past Bianchi for the win and put OSU ahead 7-0.

    At 141 pounds, Grant Willits showcased his explosiveness by taking a 10-0 major decision over Conner Ward. Willits led 3-0 heading into the final period before racking up seven more points to end the bout including four back points and a late takedown.

    Lane Stigall bounced back and recorded a 9-3 decision at 149 pounds to extend the team lead to 14-0. Stigall used 3:33 of riding time and a quick 5-0 lead in the first period to guide him to victory.

    After an impressive pin on Friday night against Cal Baptist, Logan Meek tallied three takedowns and four back points to defeat Jose Champagne on a 9-3 decision.
    The Beavers kept rolling at 165 pounds with Aaron Olmos facing Little Rock's William Edgar. Olmos built up an 8-0 lead with three takedowns heading into the final period and sealed the match with another takedown with under 30 seconds.

    Jackson McKinney also bounced back and picked up an impressive technical victory at 15-0. McKinney came out with a mission and recorded eight points in the first period thanks to six back points and a takedown.

    Over two minutes of riding time helped McKinney ride out Cash Jones and extend the team lead to 25-0.

    Colt Doyle earned his first technical fall of the year in the first period and won 16-0 over Matthew Muller. Doyle exploded out of the gate with an early takedown and went on to expose Muller for 14 back points to seal up the win.

    With two bouts remaining, J.J. Dixon picked up his fourth pin of the year in only four minutes against Dylan Johnson. Dixon used a huge first period to build up his lead with 10 first period points. Three minutes of riding time helped Dixon seal the victory, 13-0.

    Little Rock forfeited the match at heavyweight and Jamarcus Grant earned six team points to end the dual and provide the final score of 42-0.
