Anthony Echemendia was a double champion in Fargo
Ohio State landed one of the prized recruits in the Class of 2019, Anthony Echemendia, a native of Cuba who won double titles in Fargo this past summer.
He made the announcement via Twitter on Wednesday.

Last season, Echemendia compiled a 22-0 record and won a state title in Arizona for Sunnyside at 152 pounds.
Following Eschemedia's announcement, Ohio State coach Tom Ryan wrote the following on Twitter about his new recruit: "Humble and hard working. Accustomed to discomfort and the hard way. We are excited to welcome Anthony from Cuba 🇨🇺 to Buckeye Nation! He will be enrolling this January. Go Bucks!"
