    No. 49 McCoy is second top 100 commit for Virginia in 2018 class

    Junior National freestyle All-American Justin McCoy (Chestnut Ridge, Pa.), also a state champion during the past high school season, verbally committed to the University of Virginia on Sunday evening. The No. 49 overall wrestler in the 2018 class is also a three-time state placer, along with placing third at the NHSCA Junior Nationals and fifth at the Flo Nationals this past spring. McCoy joins No. 74 Joey Baughman (Wadsworth, Ohio) as a top 100 commit for the Cavaliers, and projects to compete collegiately as a 157/165.
