    Nittany Lion Open to feature live bracket updates

    State College, Pa. -- The 2005 Nittany Lion Open Wrestling Tournament will feature live bracket updates available on Penn State's official athletics website, www.GoPSUsports.com. The updates will occur every 30 to 60 minutes and feature full and completely current brackets (in .pdf form) for each of the ten competing weight classes.

    Action begins in Rec Hall at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4. Six of head coach Troy Sunderland's Nittany Lion grapplers will be taking part, as attached wrestlers while over 20 will compete unattached. The tournament will run throughout the day with finals occurring at approximately 6 p.m. (but that time could vary).

    Tickets for the event will be available at the Rec Hall ticket windows prior to the event beginning Sunday morning. The Nittany Lion open is run and sponsored by the Penn State Wrestling Booster Club.
