The annual event splits 20 of the nation's top wrestlers into two teams that will compete in a dual format. Nadolsky will square off against Harvard's Bode Ogunwole, who is ranked second nationally, in the final bout of the night. Nadolsky is currently rated as the No. 4 heavyweight by InterMat and picked up ACC Wrestler of the Week honors Monday after winning his weight class at the Michigan State Open. A year ago, Nadolsky went 42-7 and finished one win shy of All-America honors.
Nadolsky is the first Atlantic Coast Conference wrestler to compete in the NWCA All-Star Classic since 2004 and is the first Tar Heel to wrestle in the prestigious event since 125-pounder Chris Rodrigues in 2003.
Carolina is back in action as a team this weekend at the first annual ACC/Big Ten Clash Saturday at Carmichael Auditorium.
