Honors Weekend for National Wrestling Hall of Fame concludesThe 39th annual Honors Weekend for the National Wrestling Hall of Fame took place this weekend at the Oklahoma State University Student Union Ballroom. Sammie Henson, Joe Gonzales, Frank Bettucci and Gregory Johnson were inducted as Distinguished Members of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Others honored included Mike Golic (Outstanding American), Mike Powell (Medal of Courage), Dave "Doc" Bennett (Order of Merit), Kenny Ritchie (Lifetime Achievement for Officials), Zahid Valencia (Dave Schultz High School Excellence) and Marizza Biruetta (Tricia Saunders High School Excellence).
