Prior to Rutgers: Will continue his wrestling career at Rutgers after leaving Ohio State in the spring of 2013 ... won the 211.5 (96 kg) title at the FILA Junior Freestyle National Championships in Madison Wisc., defeating Minnesota's Scott Schiller in the final, 1-0, 2-1 ... compiled a 40-26 record at Ohio State, qualifying twice for the NCAA Championships ... finished fourth at the Big Ten Championships as a freshman, posting a 10-7 dual clip, including a 5-3 mark in the Big Ten ... recorded the fourth-fastest pin in Ohio State history, taking down Michigan's Chris Heald in 18 seconds (Feb. 3, 2012) ... finished as the runner-up at the Eastern Michigan Open (Nov. 5) ... played football and wrestled at Bound Brook HS ... former three-star linebacker recruit by Scout.com ... was a four-time New Jersey state champion ... won first three state titles at 189 pounds before bumping up to 215 pounds in his senior season ... concluded his high school career with a 178-1 overall record, going 44-0 in his senior season ... was 16-0 in the state tournament for his career ... also won four District 18 and four Region 5 titles ... Prior to Rutgers: Transferred to Rutgers from North Carolina State ... started at 141 pounds as a freshman, finishing the season 21-10, including a team-best 9-2 in duals ... posted a 4-4 record in ACC competition .. finished sixth at the Penn State Open, going 6-2 ... a two-time wrestling team captain at South Plainfield HS ... was runner-up at the 2012 New Jersey state championships at 138 pounds, going 43-1 as a senior ... also placed fourth at the 2011 New Jersey state championships.
Goodale on Hunt: "Tyler had very good freshman year at North Carolina State, so he comes with division I experience. He is really competitive and will win a lot of matches."
Ethan Orr | 165 pounds

Prior to Rutgers: Transferred to Rutgers from Labette Community College (Kan.) ... helped Labette to a team National Junior College Athletic Association championship in 2012 as a freshman, also winning the individual title at 165 pounds ... posted a 32-5 record during championship season ... won the New Jersey state title at 152 pounds in 2010 and at 171 pounds in 2011 at High Point HS ... went unbeaten as a senior, going 41-0.
