Bill Zadick and Tervel Dlagnev coaching Kyle Snyder at the World Championships (Photo/Tony Rotundo, WrestlersAreWarriors.com)Two individuals associated with success in the U.S. freestyle wrestling team -- Bill Zadick, national freestyle head coach for USA Wrestling, and Kyle Snyder, three-time world and Olympic champion -- will be the featured guests for "On the Mat" on Wednesday, Oct. 11.
Both won individual NCAA titles for their respective Big Ten schools -- Zadick for University of Iowa, and Snyder for Ohio State.
"On the Mat" is a presentation of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum. The show can be heard live on the Internet at 1650thefan.com or locally in Northeast Iowa this Wednesday at 5 p.m. Central on AM 1650, The Fan.
